Welcome to your Golden Grove
Golden Grove Retreat is a sanctuary nestled in the rolling landscapes of Carmarthenshire, South Wales, offering a haven for relaxation and healing. The retreat spans ten acres of natural beauty, providing sustainable holiday experiences and well-being retreats. Facilitators, therapists, and healers looking to host experiences for their groups or communities can utilize the retreat's facilities, including the infrared sauna studio, hot tub, barn, safari tents, wood-fired sauna, plunge pool, and ten acres of rewilded land. Stays can be customized in duration to best suit the needs of the retreat.
Facilities
Yoga Studio
Our fully equipped yoga studio features space for 12+ practitioners, aerial yoga harnesses, heat lamps, expansive views and all wooden decor. We regularly host sound-bath events and the large space can be utilised to suit your needs.
Sauna and Pools
Get a little hot and steamy in our beautiful, wood fired sauna, then nip outside for a quick dip into the plunge pool, or go sub-zero in our wooden barrel ice baths. There is a semi-enclosed sofa lounge just outside the sauna door for , relaxation, refreshments and drying off.
Treatment Rooms
Find relief within our two peaceful treatment rooms, situated away from the main house and communal areas, so that your guests can sink into their deepest state of relaxation. This space also features a restroom, shower and changing room.
