Service Description

Welcome to Flow and Grow, a mindful movement class for children and their parents/carers. We believe that connecting with nature and learning to move in a mindful way can help to bring us peace, joy and balance. At Flow and Grow, we offer a unique experience for your child to explore movement and music with joy and exploration. We’ll start off with a mindful warm-up and end with a sharing circle, allowing children to express themselves in an open atmosphere. During our class, we’ll step out into nature and explore the beauty of the outdoors, connecting with the elements, and allowing the children to move freely and express themselves. We’ll also take time for mindful movement and explore ways to tap into relaxation and concentration. For the parents/carers, we offer a unique opportunity to relax and enjoy the plunge and sauna, while your child is taken care of. This is a perfect opportunity to take some time for yourself and reconnect with your inner self. It’s important to be aware of the clothing and items to bring along to the class. For the children, please come prepared wearing something comfortable and warm, such as wellies or something similar, along with a few layers and a coat. Please also remember to bring a bottle of water. A healthy snack will be provided. For the parents/carers, we recommend wearing wellies or something similar and swimwear and a towel. Again, remember to bring a bottle of water and, although not essential, a robe can be useful. Tea and coffee will be provided.
