CORE STRENGTH VINYASA (CSV)
In CSV yoga we teach you an effective way of transitioning into each pose. You will find that building active poses from the ground up and the inside out you soon become aware that it is the most effective, integrated and organic way that one can practise this dynamic style of vinyasa yoga. CSV teaches you how to arrive in the most optimised pose for your body in that moment, bringing you freedom of body, freedom of mind and freedom of spirit.
Yin yoga targets your deep connective tissue including your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. It is slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. Because you’re holding poses for a longer period of time than you would in other styles of yoga, yin yoga helps you stretch and lengthen those rarely-used tissues while also teaching you how to breathe through discomfort and sit with your thoughts. A yin yoga sequence has a similar effect on our energies as an acupuncture treatment. By holding the various poses, a yin yoga sequence can help restore the healthy flow of Qi in our bodies.
